Summer Suppers

Join us for some great food and fellowship at our summer suppers. A portion of the proceeds from each supper is donated to local charities.

Jacksonville Campmeeting

Sunday, July 18, we will have worship at the Jacksonville Camp Meeting in East Machias at 10:00am. The campground is about 1.5 miles past the church on Route 191. There is a big sign at the end of the campground road. The worship service will be held in the Tabernacle in the center of the campground, with a BBQ/picnic lunch to follow. All are welcome. Our District Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Pat MacHugh will be our special guest. This will be a joint service with the Cutler UMC. No services will be held that day at either of the church buildings.

Jacksonville United Methodist Church Celebrates 150 Years!!

JUMC's 150 Anniversary has come and gone, and the excitement of the presence of the Holy Spirit remains strong! Bishop Peter Weaver of the New England Annual Conference shared his amazing love of our Lord to a full church of eager listeners and the special music shared by many in the congregation will long be remembered. Thank you to all who came and enjoyed along with us, and those that continue to offer prayers for our church and community daily!
